It sounds like China is pretty forward thinking in comparison to other countries nova. Good on them too

Probably because the Chinese Govt have a different tax system over there......e.g. property owners pay leases for their properties-they don't own them outright in most cases. Water is free, electricity etc is usually too........ whereas our Australian Govt 'uses' us to give them money to spend.....they have more money to spend if they tax us more.

China also has abundantly cheap and vast work force who can take the stolen technology and produce their targets at a fraction of the other g20 nations

Not to mention they have little regard for the environment..........it's easy to build solar panels, when you don't worry about the toxins produced.
