I've looked online at sabco products but can't find anything like this, It's a quilted puffy cloth.

Freddie, it looks like the auto & marine interior cloth.

It is from the old range in Lurkers link.  They were colour coded and so it might be for washing a car.  Blue is auto and marine.

Thanks all, it is definately the auto marine cloth he would have used this for wiping the interior of his car....
