 Interesting but the description/item raises some questions.
"This exceedingly rare original Schindler’s List is the only one ever on the market. It emanates from the family of Itzhak Stern, Schindler’s accountant and right hand man (played by Ben Kingsley in the Academy Award-winning film). There are 3 others known which are in institutional hands."

Original?, 3 others known, yes but copies also.

Can the seller demand balance of payment must be made into an escrow account.?. shouldn't the buyer be able to choose the method of payment themselves  from the options of wire transfer, credit card or paypal?

The most expensive to ever been sold on ebay is a yacht that was bought by Roman Abramovich who is a Russian billionaire. It was sold in February 2006 and it was bought at the cost of 104.36 million British pounds.

Other items include Gulfstream II jet which was sold at 3.1 million British pounds

Boys toys, sorry,  girls and boys toys.

I think I got away with it.
