12 months warranty now the seller is out of business?

Hi All

I puchased a wifi weather station back on the 18/8/2016, from an Australia seller (<Removed> which was covered by 12 months warranty.

The weather station has just failed, and it now appears <Removed> no longer trades.

Any suggestions on on what action I can take to get a replacement, or have I done my $345 cold.

Thanks in advance

If you paid by PayPal try opening a case for INAD, it is an option for 180 days.

But you may have just missed out by days.

Or contact your bank about a chargeback if payment was funded by credit card, directly or via Paypal.

Otherwise the difficulty is finding the responsible party should you wish to take action.

Electronic goods are best purchased in a B&M store not online.
