I just upgraded from a personal account to a shop, why can't I list more than the original 10 items?

I have had my personal selling account for about 2 months, sold about 5 items and wanted to grow my selling capabilities. I subscribed for a shop account but I can't list any more than the 10 items from my personal account, what am I missing here? Please help, clarify.

Hi Janine, opening a store does not overrride and listing limitaitons you have as a new seller. If you havnt added a credit card to your account, do so, as that can sometimes increase your limits a little. But ultimately, you will have to ride it out as all new sellers do.
