Hi! I was wondering how I could buy the BASIC STORE PACKAGE (http://sellercentre.ebay.com.au/store-packages-pricing). I've just started to sell stuff on EBay and have been restricted to 10 free listings per month. Your help will be greatly apreciated.

Don't waste your money. As a new seller you will be restricted to the same 10 listings even if you have a store. There is no point in paying money to list in a store when you have up to 40 free listings anyway. Once you build up 20 or so feedback you can request an increase in your listing allowance....it won't take long before you can use the full 40 free listings.
You also have the 21 day wait to receive your funds from paypal.
A store is not economically viable unless you have at least 100 listings.
