Every time I search this topic I get "Click on messages" then "click on change holiday status". IT DOESN'T EXIST. PLEASE HELP.

Holiday mode is only available to eBay store holders.

So if this is your only eBay account, it is not a store, only a personal account and the option is not available to you.
