I rarely use eBay these days and tried once again - not a single response - sold through Gumtree and now gert a bill for $19.80 from eBaY. what a wrought. Last time I use eBay - absolute joke and wrought

You sold a box trailer on the 6th Oct for 200.
If the buyer didn't pick up n pay, how is eBay supposed to know that?
Open an unpaid item case, you only have 32 days from sale date to do so.
After 4 days, close the case and you get the fee credited, buyer gets a strike.
If you are going to sell again I suggest you read up on the rules.
