Hi
I ordered an item which had tracking delivery and it was supposedly delivered on Nov12 but I have not received it. I would like to know how to track down the deliverer so I can ascertain exactly where it was supposed to have been delivered but cannot find any info as to where to start. I put in an inquiry but this morning it says that issue has been resolved, which it has not. Please help

If you have a tracking number and can track the item you must know which compay is supposed to be delivering it.
Just ring the company and let them sort it out with the driver.
