Soooo frustrating, impossible to get personal help from Ebay. Cannot find there No or Email address

I find it impossible to get in touch with Ebay.  When none of their answers match, you still cannot get in touch with anyone.  I have been with Ebay for many years and I am now going to change to Gumtree after I get this problem sorted out, if ever.
