Good morning, my wife purchased some fragrance from Fresh Cosmetics but did not include the voucher code COLLECTING at the PayPal payment because she is not familiar with the procedure. When I contacted the seller they advised that they cannot process the 20% refund as that is your domain.
Could you kindly advise what can be resolved?

I think they would have meant ebay as there is not much members on a public forum can do. Ebay staff do not read these boards
Also, sellers can't apply vouchers for buyers and they are an ebay thing rather than a seller thing
However, unless something has changed recently, those vouchers needed to be entered at the time of purchase and can't be done retrospectively
