I ordered two volleyballs and they have not been delivered in the time period that was set. I tried to get the customer service email but it said it wasn't available for my product. I still just want to know the email though.

To get their email you'll need to try different options after you click on "help and contact" at the top of the page, but to be honest emailing customer service is a waste of time as you'll just get cut and paste answers that are unlikely to solve your problem.
Better to ring them or preferably get them to call you back as you'll get a more knowledgeable rep that way.
Are the volleyballs coming from the US if so it can take a month or more to receive parcels from there, eBay's delivery estimate is rarely accurate and doesn't take into account real postage times.
