Hi. I need help with my account.

First, when I try to log in into "My eBay" I get this: "Sorry, we couldn't complete your request. Try again later". 

What I do to get in is click on the My eBay tab many times continually and eventually I get in".

Second, it seems like the USA country which I sign in from, it's been replaced by AU (Austria, or Australia ?) And the shipping and handling is changed too. 

So please, if anyone could help me I will appreciate i?

You are on the Australian boards here.

Try clearing cookies and temp internet files then restart computer.

And use Chrome or Firefox if using IE as a browser.

If you still have problems, could be a glitch on the USA site.
