Where do I find under SELLING PREFERENCES -PAYMENTS FROM BUYERS

I recently became an eBay seller and changed some account details.

eBay sent me an email to confirm my changes go to "My eBay" ,click on "Account",click on "Site Preferences" in the left menu.

Under "Selling Preferences", navigate to" Payments from Buyers"Click "Show"

Go to "Eft", and click "Edit".Double check your Bank data and click "Save"to save any updates.

I get as far as "Site preferences" "Selling preferences" but "Payments to buyers" does not show up ,so I can go no further.

Could you advise me how I can navigate to "Payments frombuyers" so that I can double check my bank data
