I suspect you may be getting annoyed messages from some of the sellers you have left feedback for. Feedback is not a message system....you only leave it when the transaction is finalised.
Are you getting messages from the seller where you have said that she is not telling where there is a Teachers Bank?
There is no Teachers Bank....it is a credit union and there are not all that many branches around. If you want to pay you may have to use internet banking. The seller probably had the details in checkout so she would not have to tell you anything.
