Are you getting messages from the seller where you have said that she is not telling where there is a Teachers Bank?
There is no Teachers Bank....it is a credit union and there are not all that many branches around.
lyndal, the NSW Teachers Credit Union did become a bank in recent years, the Teachers Mutual Bank, and it is one of Australia's largest Mutual Banks. Still only have e few branches, at Homebush and Rooty Hill from memory.
The Victorian Teachers Credit Union has become the Victorian Teachers Mutual Bank.
