hello
i have offered the car twice on ebay, sold twice and thats the last thing i heard from the buyers. in one case i have opened an unpaid item issue but in the other case i have not because then I can not leave negative feedback for the buyer. Please refund me, i want to try a third time to sell it on ebay.

This is not ebay, and we have not charged you anything. This is a member to member help board. I'm not sure what you mean by saying you have not opened a case for the other bidder becuase then you cant leave negative feedback, sellers cant leave negative feedabck under any circumstance. Ebay cannot know that your item didnt sell unless you open and close a dispute, so that is what you need to do.
