i have paid for an item now it says item removed? will i get it or not? ideas please

AFTER I PAID THROUGH PAYPAL I GET AN EMAIL FROM EBAY SAYING THAT THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED. (WHICH IT HAS) NOW I DONT KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS DO I GET THE ITEM OR HAVE I BEEN SCAMMED? IT WAS A PRE-ORDER TO BE POSTED ON THE 10TH OF THIS MONTH

YOu have 45 days from payment date to open a dispute for item not received or not as described so if you are happy to wait enough time to see if the item arrives then do so but if you are not then open a dispute for item not received.

Enter into the dispute the details of the transaction and why you want a refund.

Wait a day or 2 too see if the seller replies and then you can escalate to a claim to get your refund OR wait 15 more days to escalate.

DO NOT close the dispute if the seller asks as you can not reopen a closed dispute.
