You have to change region, change currency, change your bak account/credit card to one with an Australian address and that szahould do it. Can't remember if there is anything else except I would open a new Paypal account linked to your Aus bank. As I spend time in the UK and Aus I find it handy to have a Paypal account in each place as it is a good way of transferring money from one to the other.
