hey hi my account is restricted by buying and bidding things becuase i have 3 or more unpaid items left in my acocunt but that items are already cancel by seller they are just hangging there for no reason another thing i like to say i dnt know where to who to email about it no where in ebay i can directly contact. i already paid all the items. another thing in my accocunt one watch marco that seller sale that watch already when i win that watch they said its sold already and then they put on status amount paid and its still on my account hanging. please help me thanks for your help
