I got robbed. The seller never posted my item. maybe never owned the item. Kept me hanging for more than 60 days and now i cant open a case. What do i do?

Not much you can do...your window of opportunity was lost when the time exceeded 45 days.

If your paypal payment was funded by a credit card or Visa debit card you can ask your bank about a chargeback.

As Lyndal suggests plus report them to the online fraud squad.

Same thing happened to me. The seller kept stringing me along until the 45 days were up.

Fraud squad said there was bugger all they could do.
