I know that ebay has certain policies regarding what content is allowed in the ebay message system. I know you are not allowed to exchange email addresses or phone numbers, but what if I have to confirm that I posted a parcel to the correct address when a customer has conflicting addresses? The message from eBay when she bought the item says one address and a different address is provided by the paypal email?
If I send her a message through ebay and ask her to confirm her postal address, will ebay block her reply to me because it will have an address in it?
