Does anyone know what FEDKEB means in postage details

I have purchased an item, paid for and the seller has posted and I get the following message in postage details

'This parcel has been transferred to FEDKEB for delivery to the final destination # 797757982830'

I have no idea what FEDKEB means or how to track the parcel using UPAAB000000046140583 that is provided. It comes up with nothing.

Many thanks for your time and assistance

It is Fedex

You should be able to track it here

https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/

Click on the UPA number and it will tell you where the parcel is.  If it has arrived in Australia it will tell you when it cleared Customs and whether it is being delivered by Australia Post or FedEx's own couriers.

The final number is the number to use on the FedEx site.

Your parcel appears to have arrived in Australia last night but has not yet cleared Customs.   You should have it soon.

That sounds like you are getting your item via the GSP.

For me FEDKEB meant it had been processed at the Kentucky Fedex centre, for shipping to Australia.

Then it was delivered by Australia Post once, and Fedex another time.

There must be hundreds of complaints with this system of sending parcels from the US to Aus.My parcel was posted "International Priority"but somehow got into this botched up system.Had a parcelsent a few weeks back, also with PB who are mob of clowns. Now this latest parcel has had 12 scans and is still in the US at Memphis.NEVER again will I have anything sent by "Multiple Carriers"It takes 3 times as long and costs a lot more.$24.00 for a $10.00 record.I can't beleive how feebay can approve this method, unless a lot of profit is involved Certainly  "Customer Satisfaction"does not come into it.Unfortunately, people(like me) don't know about this debacle until it is too late.Good luck to you all

Fedkeb here too..

At least the USA site gives you tracking (its part of the contract conditions Au Post agreed to) because the Aus Post site doesnt give tracking until its actually delivered. "Its a 'business decision' " I was told...

USPS hands over to Aus Post.

Fedex sometimes goes Au Post, Sometimes delivered by Fedex.

UPS the same.. sometimes AU Post, Sometimes DHL.... Had both turn up one day after the next. Both drivers couldnt explain why..

Express sent from USA is only 'express' while its inside USA, Once it leaves US shores, its snail mail. Its the same sending express out of here by Au Post, once its out of Au, its back to regular mail service speeds.

If you ring the 13 number for Au Post's tracking, they have better info that isnt displayed to the public.

Good Luck!!

FEDKEB is indeed Fed Ex... However - buyer beware. If you order something that uses this Multiple Carrier International Economy option - be prepared for a very long wait. I ordered something from Kentucky USA which was posted on 27th October. it arrived and cleared Aussie customs on Tuesday 4th November and has been sat in a Fed Ex warehouse for almost a week. when I rang Fed Ex to find out what was wrong and why their tracking site is saying it will be delivered Wed 12th November - they told me it was because my seller had chosen the International Economy service which has a COMMITTED DATE. And Fed Ex wont deliver before that Committed date. So your parcel will sit in a warehouse until such time as Fed Ex can be bothered to get up off their collective rears and deliver the goods you ordered......lets hope they don't have issues with packages "accidentally" going missing. Disgruntled, annoyed at Fed Ex - but I refuse to and cant blame my seller as they posted my goods super fast...... Pull your finger out Fed Ex - that's NOT Customer Service.

I myself have had this shocking BULLS.....T issue also and after 5 days Google searching and untold amount of hours reading complaints and peoples view on what everything may or may not mean and like 30 phone calls to Aust Post and every courier in town then to recieve a package in the mail today and went back tracking everything, every number, every comment and 12 screens um ive worked it all out.

Its then at this point everything is lost and that because of the one thing i coud never find in any link or forum and thats as follows;

This section is the KEY that know ones mentioned YES THIS I A FEDEX SENT ITEM FEDKEB = Carrier: Multiple Carriers

(This parcel has been transferred to FEDKEB for delivery to the final destination # 772647288820)  The Number In Green Is the FEDEX TRACKING NUMBER IN AUSTRALIA from this number you can track it to your Local Australia Post Office where mine sat for 9 business days.

Not a happy camper and the Manager of the local PO wasnt happy either when im tearing him a new **bleep**!!!!

YES THIS IS THE WORST DELIVERY SYSTEM ON EBAY AND EITHER NEEDS TO BE BETTER OUTLINED FROM EBAY AND SELLERS OR DROPPED BY EBAY TO STOP SELLERS GETTING ANGRY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FROM BUYERS YES IT DEFINATLY COMES ACROSS AS A SCAM AND A DEBARKLE, FAILING THIS EITHER DEMAND IF THE SELLER WANTS YOUR BUSINESS NEW OR REPEATED THAT THEY CHANGE FROM THE GSP DELIVERY SERVICE OR EVERYONE BOYCOT AND NOT BUY FROM THOSE SELLERS, ONE WAY OR ANOTHER SOMEONE WILL LISTEN AND CHANGE THERE WAYS IF THEY START TO LOOSE SALES.

HOPE THIS HELPS ANYONE NEW HAVING THE SAME ISSUE

FEDKEB, means it has been handed to Fedex for shipping out here. From Kentucky.

After that it can be delivered by Fedex, or AP.

so...yep, you track it on the Fedex website if it says FEDKEB.
