I posted one item with tracking no, but the post office didn't deliver it until today after ten days

Hi everyone

Now I have a problem, I posted one item to my buyer with tracking no. requires buyer's signature ten days ago, He wrote to me and told me that he didn't receive it, and just now I checked it on line, the computer didn't show this item delived, it is still  (transit) on the way, but my buyer just lives in Brisbane and I live in Sydney, and the item suppose to deliver to my buyer's PO box,  how does it take so long? I think it must be lost, but I dodn't know how to deal with it? I need your help very much. Thank you very much.

Has the buyer checked with their PO? Sometimes items are not carded or the card blows away. If they have, all you can do is ring AP and start a search for a lost item.
