I wanted to reprint postage label and instead I paid twice for the postage. How can I get a refund ?

I needed to print out a second postage label as the first printout was poor. For the same item I therefore have paid for the postage twice and have two seperate charges. Is it possible to get credit for the one postage charge and if so can I get this at the post office?

How long ago did you print the first label?

You have 5 days to cancel the label. In your My eBay selling section go to Manage Postage Labels, find the first label and click Cancel Label. The refund will appear on your next month's eBay invoice.

If it's been longer than 5 days you'll need to ring eBay and ask whether it's possible to cancel. You can't get a refund from the Post Office.
