I paid for express post (next day delivery) and had confirmation it was poasted 6 days ago, yet i havnt got it yet. My wifes order was posted a day later from the same seller and she has recieved hers already. What do i do about this?

Assuming this is for the phone covers? it appears the seller is drop shipping and most if not all their items are being posted from China, your wife may have received hers due to being sent within Au, yours may be coming from Hong Kong, so give it at least 3 weeks or so, but don`t miss the cut off date (45 days) to open a dispute.

Depends if you are in an Express Post zone, but allow a bit longer, 14 days maximum, if no show, open a dispute for item not received, if you paid by paypal that is, if you paid by other means you will have to reply on the seller to resolve the issue, but make sure you contact the seller first to make them aware that it hasn`t arrived.

SN I agree with you, if the OP paid for express within Au then that is what they should expect, sadly so many drop shipping/overseas sellers get away with deceiving location details, but ebay does little to stop it. As this appears to be the OPs first purchases, I thought it best to go gently for now rather than stress them more, they are covered by paypal if it doesn`t arrive as long as they watch the date. I am not sure of the time it takes, 5 to 7 days?? but it may have been sent express from Hong Kong,
Of course when they leave FB they can let their feelings be known.

I am sorry, but WHY should the OP give it 2-3 weeks when they specifically paid extra to be posted express? The item is listed as in Sydney, and I would assume that the do know whether they are in the express zone or not. If the seller accepted money for express postage and then is going to dropship from China, that is their problem. Unless the item is at the PO I would be opening PP case now (after contacting the seller). Judging by their FB the seller is not very good in resolving problems either.

1- check with the PO to make sure it is not there waiting for you
2- contact the seller and ask when exactly they posted it, if they do not offer refund or replacement open INR case with PP.

Can see your point shypansy, but as the OP paid extra $9.50, I assume they needed the item in hurry. The seller offered 2 options - free = registered, or express for extra payment.
darrendothill is there a tracking number listed if you click on the Purchase History (drop down menu from My eBay link up on this page); it would be under the item. It should also tell you if it is AP tracking or China Post tracking.
