seller not contacting me about an item that does not work

i bought a thermal tattoo copier that does not work. theres a 14 day back money if i return the item. they wanted a video of me using it and i sent the video using the machine properly. the thermal heater is the problem. other then that it works mechanically. now they dont seem interesting in contacting any more. cheers Millie

If you paid via paypal, you need to open a dispute for item not as described, and follow the instructions.
