Hi I purchased items from a USA based company who's site advertises combined postage.

Puchased 2 items from the USA, enay site adviertises combined postage, despite 3 emaill they claim they cannot amend the invoice, there response is " see attached" seems strange as other international sellers often combine postage?  Is their reponse correct, if so they should update their information as it's misleading, if not how do I get a refund on the overpriced postage which was in excess of the ebay post packages they use.  Thanks Jacqueline

Items that are listed for sale with shipping to overseas countries using the Global Shipping Program cannot be combined. The seller ships the item to Pitney Bowes in the US and they repack and organise the shipping to Australia. The extra amount you have paid is charged by the GSP, not the seller.

 

Have a look at the original listing for the items that you purchased and you'll see info about the GSP.
