EBAY postage extremely slow

Hello, I purchased an item with an ETA of Tue, 14 Jul - Sat, 25 Jul. My seller shipped it the next business day, 6th of July, and I just received an ETA update from the UPAA number to say it wont be turning up until the 27th! If I had known the service was going to be so poor I would have bought from a local shop and paid the extra 20%.

If you are referring to the Global Shipping Program then 3 weeks is not unusual and is actually rather quick for that service.

 

Would you really expect to have a package delivered on a Saturday?   Unless you pay a  huge premium for courier delivery on a Saturday then of course it will not arrive till Monday.
