How do I remove postage cost from invoice?

I've just sold an item, and my buyer is local and wants to collect it. How do I remove the postage component from the invoice so he can pay via Paypal? Every time I zero out the postage it resets it to the original price.

Firstly the buyer should pay cash on pick up as there is NO PayPal protection for both buyer and seller on pick up items.

Therefore they don't need an invoice, however to change it so you don't pay fees on that part, put 0.00 in the postage section and DO NOT click recalculate that reverts it back.

Just preview to check it and send.
