Hi
I placed the order and paid for an item on the Monday and on the same day I had an email to say it had shipped and I was given a tarcking number and it was coming via the GPS from teh UK, it is now Thurday but can see any scans to tell me where the item is at. What is going on ???

Just because it has been posted it does not mean it is on the way to Australia.
Once the seller posts it with Royal Mail it has to go to the GSP hub where it is repackaged and the import paperwork completed. This could take some days.
It is then shipped to Australia....at this stage the tracking should update to tell you that it has been shipped.
It can take some days/weeks to get here, go through Customs and then be delivered to you.
