How do we get accurate tracking with the Global shipping system, it is very Vague at the best,

I have an item purchased in USA and being sent with Global Shipping program, just received an email notifying us that it has arrived at the Global shipping centre ?? BUT where is the GSC ??? it could be any where on this planet and there are no options to refine the tracking, at least with UPS it can be tracked efficiently.

How much more tracking do you need....you know it has reached the GSP depot and you will get a tracking number when it has been processed and handed to the carrier for delivery to Australia.
When it arrives in Australia you will either be able to see where it is whith that tracking number or you will get another tracking number if it is given to another carrier such as Australia Post.
