My order has not been received and am wondering where it is as I received an email stating it would be delivered between 25.01.17 -02.02.17 and still hasn't arrived

Have you contacted the seller and asked for a tracking number?
Ebay estimated delivery dates are not known to be accurate,they do not take into account public holidays/postal striles etc
If the item was going from Asia, Chinese New Year would have slowed it down also
