In my situation a courier will not deliver any parcel, we get a card in our PO Box and we have to go into town and pick it up, I just ordered 3 very small bearings for a fishing reel not much bigger than a postage stamp, because I had to use my street address instead of a PO Box i had to drive into town 20 Kilmetres and pick them up, not from the post office but a place out of the central part of town, this place has limited opening times as well, in future I will NOT be using EBAY for this reason., also it took nearly a month from Hong Kong to Southern Western Australia, it's 2016 folk's not 1816.
Couriers cannot deliver to PO boxes and it is hardly ebay's fault that you live in an area where couriers will not deliver.
Most sellers who use couriers will not sell to members who use a PO Box...they are blocked. If you have no street delivery surely items addressed to your street address will be automatically delivered to your post office. If they do not fit in your box they will be carded to pick up from inside the PO.
