Firstly, you are not contacting ebay here....the boards are run by volunteer members and we can not tell you where your item is.
You need to contact the seller to find out anything about your order....and don't shout, it is rude.
Have you allowed sufficient time for your item to arrive?
Where is it coming from and going to....and what is the seller's handling time?
