Your parcel has been tracked as far as the US border, where it will be loaded on a plane at LA. Sometimes this is not immediate as cargo is collected until there is a full load. I am not sure if your item will continue to be tracked in Australia, but the whole process of the flight to Australia, Australian customs and delivery to you can take another 2 weeks from the date last mentioned (5th April). This is just from my experience. Another eBay member may have something else they can add.
