global shipping program - no updates in 5 days???

hi has anyone had much experience with this, i've googled but can't really find anything.

so i bought an item that was sent with the international shipping program and the last updated was

Shipped from the Global Shipping Center to International Destination

Mar-24-15, 21:20 PM, Erlanger

its coming to sydney australia and surely it doesn't take 5 days to get here.

how can i track it now as the only number i have is the UPAAA one. Do you think it is lost or it just hasnt updated and should turn up at my house soon?

im a bit worried ive read and heard things on the internet about damaged and lost parcels because they try to skimp on cost.

in comparison another item i purchased on ebay was sent through usps and was posted after this one and i received it last friday (it took exactly a week from the day i ordered it)

so am frustrated with this!

Yes, your item has been shipped from Erlanger.  Can you see the word FEDKEB on the tracking page somewhere/

Click on that and you should open a new page with the tracking to Australia and then within Australia.

It is indeed a slow and expensive service, best avoided if possible.
