Aside from extras such as bear mentions a seller can charge pack n handling costs. Perfectly normal.

Boxes, packing, tape, labels, petrol to post office and time for processing the order.

A seller's postage costs are always more than what AP charge and I assume you were happy with the total price when you purchased otherwise you wouldn't make the purchase.

If I buy and the postage costs are considerably different to what is shown on the package I take the above into consideration and also know the seller has been charged 11% ebay fees including on the postage part and PayPal fees also.

Hence I am happy for them to be compensated for handling costs at least.
