I opened a return case on 12 May as the item arrived faulty and not in good working order as described. Ebay has given me and seller to work it out until 18 May after which I can request Ebay to step in to resolve the case. We have still not worked out on acceptable return as seller wants me to pay for all postage costs, the one that it cost me to get the item shipped and the ones for return.
I looked at Ebay return terms and they state that "You must return the item within five business days of requesting the return". So, do I just return it without reaching an agreement with seller and without Ebay resolution centre even getting involved or wait for Ebay to get involved?
