retune on postage cost

if I buy a item an its no good to me it want fit an the seller has told me to retune it do I get postage cost back the item cost $15.00

plus $5.00 postage cost , the sell as toll me he will only rufund me the $15.00 , an for me to retune the time its going to cost me $8.40

i am going to be out of pocket of a total $13.40 can you help me thanks russell

Were there any measurements in the listing?

If there were measurements and the item is the same as those measurements then you cannot open a Not As Described dispute.

The item is as described and the seller is not obliged to refund the postage cost as well as the item cost.
