Whats the procedure for postage when you pay $8.00 but when the goods come the postage is in an ordinary envelope and has stamps to the value of only $2.10?

Should the seller reimburse for the extra postage or is that how it works?

there is of course more to the ''postage'' quote on the listing than just the cost of the stamp

if it was well packed and protected and perhaps even sent with Signature on Delivery(?) then the cost is certainly a lot more than the $2.10 worth of stamps, which only indicate the Aust Post ''postage'' part of

shipping and handling.
