I,ve notified seller already about the mistake, because I only bought and paid for one item and somehow they got a order for a second one. They replied my request saying "sure, not a problem", and to me was the end of the matter
A seller can send a mutual cancellation and you then agree to it so they get their fee back.
But some sellers use the unpaid process instead as some buyers don't click agree and the seller doesn't get their fee credited.
This way as soon as the case is closed by the seller they will get their fee back.
