Hi, 3 months ago I paid v*lianxstore*v for an item I have still not received. After several messages back & forth, I have requested a refund but they say they cannot refund me directly as 60 days have passed. They want my Paypal address to refund. I have no idea what to tell them. Can you you please advise?
