email from paypal asking me to accept the payment

I have sold an item and it shows as payment being processed. I now I have received an email from Paypal asking me to accept the payment (this includes a link for me to log in with my password). Is this legit and normal? and why? And I have checked I do have a premier or buiness Paypal account. Thanks

It usually means you have made a typo when entering your email address in the listing. 

Just accept it before your buyer decides you are scamming him.
