My buyer wants to pay by bank transfer instead of pay pal will this affect either of our status with ebay if i allow her to do this

Only that there won't be any buyer or seller PayPal protection should something go wrong.

It mostly affects the buyer not having PayPal protection.

Otherwise you simply supply your name and bank details.

Then post as soon as funds are in your account.

And mark the transaction as paid, mark it as sent.
