A buyer from  US wants to use something called paypal credit to pay she does not have a credit card and often pays in this way. She seems to think that this option needs to be set up in ebay of paypal.

Paypal Credit used to be called Bill Me Later......it is a line of credit on the buyer's paypal account.

I don't think the seller has to do anything.

At present I believe it is only available to buyers in the USA although a few Aussies seem to have been able to access it.
