I do not have (or want) a Paypal account. How can I only accept cash on pickup?

I just want to sell a couple of items here and there, I am unable to list my item because it says I need to select Paypal as a payment option. I don't have a Paypal account (and I don't want one either after someone hacked my previous one on ebay years ago and went on a spending spree on my credit card!) Am I unable to use ebay now because I don't have one?

You have to offer a safe paymenty method, either Paypal, Paymate or merchant facility for collecting card paymens drect.
If you allowed your Paypal account to be hacked then I am sure it would take very little time and efffort to get it put right and have the money returned to your account, something that few sites do do as quickly and as efficienrtly as Paypal.
