hi I can pay to the buyer when I buy the item from ebay but if I sale my items I can not recivie the payment for my items from my buyers please help me I have this promble from long time & I ask ebay to fix it they try to fix it but still not working I can not recivie the payment from my buyers why it is like this

Have you upgraded to premier in paypal to accept payments as a seller ?
Have you checked the paypal address is correct in your listings ?
If none of the above, call paypal and ask then to help you sort this out.
Also - get rid of Cash on Delivery - this is an AP serivce that is very expensive, you need to find "Local Pickup' as an option.
