I have a promble in my paypal I can pay for my item but I can not recive the payment from other

hi I can pay to the buyer  when I buy the item from ebay   but if I sale my items I  can not recivie  the payment for my items  from my buyers please help me  I have this promble    from long time & I ask ebay to fix it   they try to fix it but still not working I can not recivie    the payment from my buyers      why    it is like this

You need to upgrade your PayPal account to Premier if you haven't.

Then you can accept payments also.

Or check your listings to see that you haven't typed an error in the PayPal email address.

If you have an error, contact PayPal to get the payments sent to the correct email address.
