Ebay sent me an email with Bpay form so I paid this. the order number is: 1578846064. $22.88 now the seller has emailed me that it has been canceled. so what happed to my money? regards; 186241

Ebay does not send out B-Pay forms. Do you mean you paid with paypal?
If you paid with paypal how was the payment funded? If the payment was funded by your bank account it would have been an echeque. If there was insufficient funds in your bank account the payment would have been cancelled by paypal.
Check your bank account and see if the payment cleared or was dishonoured.
